I order from here often. Food is amazing! Service is great. Have enjoyed many years of service.

Always plentiful well prepared food.I've the lettuce wrap.

Food was good, but none of the staff were wearing masks, we felt very uncomfortable with this.

Placed an order, called 40minutes after to figure out they had not placed the order and ended up waiting another 45mins, was not satisfied with service.

The rice smelled like sour urine. And the batter on the crispy shrimp was white (not golden brown) as if it hadn't been cooked long enough. Was doughy with a raw flour taste. 1Hour and 40 minute delivery made for some Luke-warm food. Ended up trashing it and ordering pizza. Waste of time and money. Next time we want Hunans, we'll save time by lighting $40 on fire then ordering pizza instead.

The staff tried to handle the situation short handed. Even though they were pleasant, our food came completely cold and most of the empty tables were covered with dirty dishes.

I ordered from Hunans for the first time last night. I ordered online and it did say that delivery take about 55 minutes. After 90 minutes, I called the restaurant and they said my order was delayed because they only had one driver. He assured me it was on its way and said “Just don’t yell at our delivery driver.” Ok... so finally after two hours and fifteen minutes from the time I had placed my order, the delivery driver arrived. My food was not only cold and soggy but they did not even deliver the right food. Yikes.

Good Chinese food. Not the best place you can go for a sit down meal, but it's a very convenient place to order some takeout and pick up on your way home. Their site is very easy to use, and they've always had my food ready in a reasonable amount of time.

I had my 60 birthday party there. It was great food. And my Son Raymond,and wife Angie. With their 4 children were there. My Daughter Tina and her 2 sons. It was a great day.

Wow!! Traveling through town and ordered delivery to my hotel. I was expecting average chinese food, but this is way above average! All of the food is obviously homemade, and it is delicious!

A destination for delicious authentic cuisine. I always enjoy the inside dining experience and the ample portions available when ordering to go.

Only left one star, because 0 wasn't an option. 1.75 hours for delivery? When called to cancel, was insulted and basically told to hit the highway. Food arrived luke-warm at best. Soggy wontons, completely under seasoned entrees. "Crispy Shrimp" was soggy and still had white RAW batter.. WILL NOT return..

The chicken fried rice was very good. The hot and sour soup was very good but the egg roll was fried too long and the crust was hard to cut with knife. Waitress was nice .

We always take clients here to have a wonderful meal with great service. A hardworking family runs this place, and they have awesome food with something new to try off the menu every time! Their lunch special is such a good deal! I would recommend to anyone!

Normally order delivery and it is great. Tonight ordered crab rangoon and wontons got no sweet and sour sauce. Tried to call but phone just went to busy signal everytime. Soup was warm not real hot but main meal was ok. Just 1/2 our meal was blah without the sauce.

I used to eat here often when was great. Over the last year or so it has gone down hill. Food is definitely NOT the same. Staff is incompetent and rude. Our last three take out orders were botched. The libotomized staff at the door was completely unapologetic. This place is a joke. A shell of its former self. Go somewhere else. There are at least a half dozen better chinese food restaurants in town.

Amazing food! Drinks were fantastic as well. Our server kept our glasses full and everything came out timely. Only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is I ordered the Princess Chicken and Shrimp ($10.95) off of the Hunan Recommendations and it was just a plate chicken and about 5 pieces of shrimp. Still delicious, but had I known I would have just ordered the Princess Chicken and saved $2. Regardless, it is a fantastic place!

Ordered lunch carryout. The order was accurate. The food was good. The price was very reasonable. I will order from here again.

Great food. Amazing portions, we got one main dish and fed my husband, two kids and myself!

COLD food. Chicken Lo Mein DRY..no soy sauce in delivery order..one fortune cookie per order, not per person. Soup COLD and spilled in bag. Everything tasted BLAH... and took over an hour! I want to know what people are ordering to give it 5 STARS?!! Dont let Gordon Ramsay eat here.🤢

Always a go to when I come back to town. Grew up loving this chinese and still today, nothing has changed and cant find anywhere else that comes close to comparing to Hunans

Hands down the best Chinese food around.

A favorite since I was a kid....food is still good!

We were here two and a half hours. Our food was served cold...not at the same time. We understand our waitress might be new, but our dinner was not good at all. Sorry Hunans we won't be back.

Been going here for years. Always great food and always amazing service. Large portions and very reasonably priced.

Terrible customer service follow up on terrible online order process. Has 1 phone line to manage entire operation. Poorly operated and managed establishment. Do yourself a favor and save your money, disappointment and lost faith that even a chinese food place can operate along the lines of reasonable business ethic. Was told I'm getting a refund have yet to recieve an email...

Hope you're not in a hurry if you're ordering takeout. Wait times need to be updated on the website if you can't have the food ready in 20 minutes like it says. For those of us that have schedules, it's very frustrating to order food and then wait for over 45 minutes just to be told that it's still not ready. Had to cancel my order and wasted almost an hour sitting around in there parking lot.

Good every time, I never do delivery or takeout, its always good. Dank sesame chicken, and sampler platter. And their flaming dragon bowl is the best. I get this every time I come in.

Chicken was tough and that is unusual for Hunans

For the second time, I ordered a delivery and one of the choices I ordered was sweet and sour chicken. Both times I received it with no sweet and sour sauce...just dry chicken, peppers and pineapple. This time I also got steamed r ice instead of fried rice. I attempted to call but apparently the phone was off the hook and was "busy" for 55 minutes so I sent a message instead. They posted they answer their messages within minbut it's been 20 minutes and no response.

Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone! Cold food, warm drinks, food dumped over n soaked with something we did not order, no sweet n sour sauce and waited 1 hour and 15 mins when promised delivery within 40 mins. Totally disgusted as their was no explanation or apology and no return of phone calls made. Told the manager of hotel to remove them from their list of go tos. Waste of 30$ ended in garbage.

Food was great the ribs amazing service was only ok but were still pleasant

Good food service can be better but food pay off

Got stuck in town truck in shop and then snowed in... Only thing this place had was it delivered. When it got here delivery person ask for different amount then receipt and the food only flavor in anything we ordered was GARLIC. Well glad it was only one night. I could not in good conscience not edit this post. The food was absolutely disgusting!!!! Fried rice inedible with salt... And peel chicken on even a hint of orange. JUST GARLIC! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT ALL COST...

Delivery consistently takes around 1.5 hours. Food was not even warm, nor fresh. Staff was mocking and rude, when told. HORRIBLE place to spend your hard earned money. Avoid at all costs.

What a great place to eat. You will not be disappointed .

I got the Red Rose Scallops which were mushy, no crispiness at all. Also the Spicy Orange sauce was so hot it melted the styrofoam container which burned my hands and got over everything inside the bag. This was a delivery to my work, and i only got to eat a few of the soggy scallops due to having to clean up all the mess. Called in and was told by a lady she was unable to give a refund unless her boss says its ok. Which her boss wasn't there. Wasted $40. Thanks for the mess and burned hands...

We have eaten here a lot , but not for a long time. Tonight it was late and we just wanted take out. I’ve had trouble with dry chicken before but tonight was ridiculous! The batter was so crunchy I couldn’t bite into it. So I took it off and underneath the white meat chicken wasn’t even white. It was tan and leathery. Needless to say we will NOT be dining here in the future!

So-So service, overpriced for the amount of food you get.

DON'T ORDER DELIVERY. My food had obviously been dropped. I pulled out the paper sack that had my soups and sweet and sour sauce, it had been opened and spilled on everything. My food was ruined. All my crab rangoons soaked and ruined. Not to mention the mess it made everywhere. I am so upset. I called multiple times and got no answer. I am in tears. What a horrid mess and now I will be late for my staff meeting. I ordered for my family since I have a meeting, now it's all ruined. Will NEVER get anything from Hunans again.

Goochi! Loved It!

Humans use to be our favorite...but we have nothing but problems when we order. Takes over an hour for delivery and then half the food isn’t there and what is is spilled in the bag. The taste isn’t the same..just not like it use to be
